Rog upgraded my bike from 11 speed to 12 speed and did a great job. The bike runs better than it ever has and probably what pleased me most was the attention to detail. My bike is black and gold so all the cable ends and fittings are now gold. The bar tape is fitted like it came from the factory. My bike runs and looks great

This is a brilliant shop, conveniently located in the eastern suburbs, where there are few alternatives of a similar level. I've bought two bikes from this shop because of the confidence I have in the advice I receive. I'm always welcomed and the recommendations of the staff have never failed me. I have total confidence in the repairs and maintenance of my bikes through the workshop. On the occasions I have needed to go to the main store in Mt Eden, I've felt this branch to be better
