Had a few boxes from here lately. Cannot fault the quality and value for money. Seriously enjoying the high quality meat, and variety of meat offered in the boxes. Always very friendly staff. This is our new go to! Thank you all at ML Paradise.
This is a great butcher shop. The first time I was in, I picked up goat and a skirt steak. I stopped in the next week to get some wings and another skirt steak. They didn't have any out and when I asked if they had any, the butcher said they would in a minute. I got to watch him break down the beef in front of me, asking for my exact preferences. Should be a zero really - Our small family farming business supplied a significant amount of beef product to this company. Received misleading proof of payment to obtain further product; however, no payments were ever recorded and all invoices remain unpaid. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, the issue remains unresolved and has had a serious financial impact on our family.
