Had a few boxes from here lately. Cannot fault the quality and value for money. Seriously enjoying the high quality meat, and variety of meat offered in the boxes. Always very friendly staff. This is our new go to! Thank you all at ML Paradise.
If only I could give zero stars, because that's exactly what I just received ... zero. Called yesterday to place an order for a particular cut of beef, arrived after work today as arranged, only to be told "it's already gone, I had to use it for something else". So that's an hour round trip for nothing and I don't have the item that I need. It's not as easy as just dropping into another butcher now, most I wouldn't get to before they close and it's not a cut that is commonly available without arranging it first. Should be a zero really - Our small family farming business supplied a significant amount of beef product to this company. Received misleading proof of payment to obtain further product; however, no payments were ever recorded and all invoices remain unpaid. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, the issue remains unresolved and has had a serious financial impact on our family.
This is a great butcher shop. The first time I was in, I picked up goat and a skirt steak. I stopped in the next week to get some wings and another skirt steak. They didn't have any out and when I asked if they had any, the butcher said they would in a minute. I got to watch him break down the beef in front of me, asking for my exact preferences.
