I came across Meat Head Charcoal a few years back (maybe even more) through an email I got from Meateater. At that time I was on the search for a good charcoal for my Big Green Egg. So, I tried it, and loved it. My wife and I have been buying it ever since. Customer service is amazing. The charcoal itself is even better.
