I agree, by far the worst attorney. Don’t do any business with this man you will regret it. From personal trust, will and real estate issues to civil suits-don’t get involved with this Attorney. Mr. Meason charges exorbitant amounts for doing very little if ANY work. Yes he is connected with the “legal community” and we all know they stick together and are crooks. James Meason is by far the worst attorney I've ever encountered in over 20 years in the real estate business. On a $67,000 property that was a cash purchase he charged my $1000 because I was an out of state buyer which was a high fee on average for attorneys in that area, but I obliged. I put down $1000 as an earnest money deposit through Mr. Meason and paid him his $1000 fee as well.
