Waited an hour for our shuttle to arrive. Staff was less than helpful. After a full travel day I would at least expect communication but they just pushed me off to other employees who also “didn’t know”. I WOULD NOT recommend with small children. An hour waiting for the bus to arrive + an hour to the hotel made an already long day, longer. Get an Uber!
Worst taxi experience ever! We were given a voucher to be picked up from the beach club to Epcot and we waited over 30 minutes to be told that they had "already picked up and dropped us off". We couldn't get an explanation for this error and MEARS is either claiming to give rides that didn't happen or they are picking up completely wrong people. We were a large group waiting with three young children and needed to call and wait for a whole other ride. It was completely terrible and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone... read more
I’ll pick up was at 7:35. We showed up at 7:36 at the door at our Disney resort hotel. We waited 10 minutes 15 minutes and then hopped in a lift. When we called mirrors, they said that they leave exactly on time that we were late at pick up was at 7:35 then we were late so they leave. I will never use the service again. I will be sending my complaint to Disney as well. Don’t use Mears. That acted like it was my fault. And from other people that I spoke to they are usually late so that’s why we waited.
We visited WDW over spring break. We booked round trip transportation to/from the airport to a Disney resort. For our pickup from the resort to the airport, our group of 5 were at the bus stop but approximately 2 bus lengths away from our bus as there were multiple pick up/drop off slots. The bus drove off without us right at the exact time we were supposed to be picked up. The driver did not even get out of the bus.
