The employees in terminal C were very friendly and on top of their game. Same day purchases are available with no up-charge. The bus was surprisingly clean and quick for the cheap price I paid. Took the bus 3337. The driver and bus, both surpassed my expectations…

Terrible service. Bus was THIRTY minutes late picking us up, zero explanation, not able to track the driver. Didn't even offer any reimbursement to make it right. Had to call customer service twice to get any updates on there the bus was. It would take an act of severe desperation to use this service again.

I have to write a review before I forget the driver name, Maurice Avery ( I think that’s his last name ) he is the definition of a driver that prioritizes his passengers. I’ve been here for 3 days and he is the ONLY driver I felt safe with. Good job Maurice thank you

I had a wonderful experience for my ride from my resort back to the Orlando airport. My driver ended up being Rodney D. He was actually the driver on the bus ahead of the one that I was originally scheduled for. He offered me to ride his bus so I could go early and get out of the heat instead of waiting another hour. He did not have to do that. That is what I call great customer service and a whole lot of kindness.
