Had an incredibly rude interaction with not one, but 2 drivers when requesting a ride to our hotel due to it “not worth the fair” and prioritizing other customers of similar group size due to discrimination. Under no circumstances would i recommend this service and advise anyone seeking ride assistance in orlando to take ride apps or other taxi services! This driver in particular was extremely rude and refused us on no bases than, in my opinion, the color of our skin since that is all he saw when seeing us.

Left stranded with our son who is in a power chair, called ahead couple places and they tried to scam us out of 180$ called Mears and they were open and honest said they are busy but will get their as soon as they can 20 mins later driver arrived, only an 18$ cab ride Lifesavers thank you so much for running an honest business
As long as my arm reminds me of 3/10/2019 I will not let Disney, Mears and Hilton know they altered a man and his family forever. Mears Transportation changed their name to MCO to avoid responsibility. One of their female drivers went over a speed bump at 20 or 30 miles per hour driving a charter bus where the bus shook unloosing a air conditioned case that hit me in the neck causing many surgeries nerve damage and disability. Save yourself the time and anxiety - just get an Uber. Our bus was over 20 minutes late picking us up from our Disney resort with no communication, and we proceeded to make 4 stops at other hotels before even starting the drive to the airport. Had I known it would take over an hour and a half to get to the airport, IN ADDITION to the time spent waiting for the bus to arrive, I would have just booked an Uber.
