Robert was informative and entertaining! The ride was quick and relaxing!
We have been using Mears for years, but in or last two trips the wait and quality dropped a lot, to the point this is our last trip with them. Last trip they were 30 minutes late to bring us to airport with no way for us to check on if they were coming. We thought we would give them another chance with this trip. It took an hour and 10 minutes after we checked in with them to leave the airport, once a bus got there it took 15 minutes to start loading it, once loaded , they had to take 4 separate head counts.
