Our driver, Cecil, was excellent. He arrived at hotel 10 min early. Explained how many stops. Then great explanation of how to negotiate MCO airport. The ride was peaceful & very smooth. Thank you Mears for having an excellent driver.

Timely service on time and helpful but the car fleet is old and the one we had this time was in poor condition. With the sound come from the wheel when turning we wondered if we would make it. Fleet refresh needed on the private transfers.

You need better customer service. I saw the lady that’s by the taxi stand who works for mears at MCO airport today and I was about to get a cab but I saw her being so rude and abrasive to potential customers asking her questions. I immediately turned away and got a Lyft instead

This review is from an experience in May. We have used MEARS for 3 previous trip withing the past 3 years. This time is was awful! Same as other reviews. Sitting on a full bus for 30 minutes and then stopping at another terminal just to load people that there weren't seats for. Stopping at each resort took over 15 minutes to unload maybe 10 bags. It was like the driver was purposely going slow. Currently searching for other safe options for families to get to Disney

No-showed on my scheduled pickup to airport. Told me they don’t do pick-ups in my location when I called to find out where my ride was - was not mentioned when I scheduled the ride the night before.
