Closing store in Tahlequah..bought a top mattress for my bed. Mattress was delivered 1 week later...I was told mattress would take awhile to be delivered which was fine with me. When delivered by two very nice young men I was told the mattress I ordered was missing or whatever and as compensation was given a mattress upgrade. The mattress is great. Thank you Means.
My wife and I bought a loveseat from means furniture in Tahlequah, within 2 months the recliner on it started having a problem. The lovesat has a 1 year warranty so I called means and was told by a lady i would have to talk to a certain man who was busy but she would have him call back. 2 days later I called them back and talked to the man, told him about a noise and a catch in the recliner, he said he would call the company and see what they want to do about it and call back. Very helpful staff. Nice furniture
The manager lady is very rude. Likes to talk over people told me they do bids I can't just buy. Then told me she needs to get back to a customer if you aren't ready. If you work in public act like it.
