The swimming facility was clean and tidy, but there was nowhere secure to store your personal items in the shower/changing room area. The lockers are only available poolside which is obviously not convenient when you want to shower after a swim. I liked the idea of a Hard Shoulder lane, which enables people to bob around talking or doing on the spot exercises without impacting the main swimming lanes used for completing lengths.
As much as the staff is super friendly and helpful, the whole area of changing room and pool itself is extremely dirty, full of hair and whenever I am in it looks like there are no cleaners hired or it’s a very, very poor quality of cleaning. Unfortunately due to that I won’t be staying on membership any longer. It’s been two month and every day areas I mentioned look exactly the same. I have noticed some lady after she finish swimming sometimes she cleans shower area because she can’t take a shower without cleaning it first... read more
