It feels like a hotel when you walk into the lobby!! My mother-in-law moved into Meadowview in April of 2026. She moved from a town 2 1/2 hours away where she had lived for over 60 years. She was nervous. The staff and the people who live there were so welcoming it became home quickly. As a matter of fact when we would bring her to our home she wanted to eat and go back to Meadowview. Several years ago, we moved my father-in-law to Meadowview based on information provided by management regarding the cost of care and their commitment to accept the Elderly Waiver. From the outset, we made it clear that his limited savings and Social Security income would eventually be exhausted. We were told that the waiver would be accepted after he had lived at Meadowview for at least two years, and our family made significant personal and financial decisions in reliance on that commitment. My 91 year old mother had been a resident in the memory care unit for almost a year. The facility is beautiful and is only a few years old. It has a cheerful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The staff members are kind, caring, and supportive. The nurses are very professional and well trained and provide excellent care. I have found them to be a valuable resource and a wealth of knowledge and have relied on them for various parts of my mom’s care.
