I have a client that has lived here for 30+ years. Everytime a holiday is around the same time for rent is due and banks are closed there's apartments charge for overdrawn fees even though it's not the persons fault due to bank being closed. They charge 2$ for dryers and 2$ for washers when public dryer is only 25 cents outside of these apartments. They have extremely hard water, no soft water or filtered water. This place is not worth what they charge, they rob the elderly.
The place is ok and liveable. The tenants are nice for a community. Sandy, the service coordinator is friendly. Sheila and Misty I've had some ups downs with many times and those two aren't all there and we need better than those 2 cause Sheila's runs the place Misty is a bit screwy too.
Have to be too old.
