My experience has been mostly awful here. Most of the aids here are good a few even great, but then there are the ones who come in n sleep right out in the open n for long periods of time n multiple days and the management is well aware of this as they have been shown pictures of the aids sleeping and have done absolutely nothing to stop it. They the management has told the staff that do work to stop tattle taling n taking pictures fact. The Meadows took tremendous care of my Dad on two occassions. They were patient, professional and cared not only for him but for us as his family as well. From the Executive Director right through the entire staff we were treated with love and respect in a very difficult time. I would recommend the Meadows without hesitation and am grateful for all they do!
