I was trying to look into helping my father get into this facility. Ruth was completely unhelpful to the point of being rude. Clearly either there's a problem with this facility that keeps her completely stressed or she's just incapable of handling the position. Looking elsewhere because when they can't even be decent to you when you're considering moving in how poorly will they treat you if/when you do.
