Amazing facility. Great, caring, knowledgeable staff. Welcoming and safe environment for all!
We have visited many different homes and in my opinion this is one of the best run care homes in the city. The facility is clean and bright and home like. Staff are warm and friendly. Private rooms and beautiful outdoor spaces put this home on the top of our list.
Called here for info once and the landlady was not accommodating at all and was rude on the phone. She didn't want give me more info then that. And she didn't sound like she knew anything I asked her about the rooms to rent. Not good.
Hostile staff not suited to working with vulnerable people.
