I highly recommend Meadowood Manor personal care home. For the most part, Meadowood Manor staff and management care deeply for the residents and strive to provide the best possible care. During the 4 years that our mom resided at Meadowood, she benefitted from the Christian environment and wonderful relationships that she developed with a number of the care givers. What a great care home, I find the staff very friendly and helpful. The home is very clean and looked after. Staff are quick to respond if you have any concerns.. Most importantly is that my mother says the staff is nice and she is happy there.Thank you to all the staff, you are all doing a fantastic job .
Find several staff members at Meadowood Manor Personal Care home to be disrespectful to my mother and feel staff in higher authority dismissed several concerns brought forward. I continue to document issues and concerns with hope that my mom will be treated with dignity. My mom is so quiet and does not complain which makes her vulnerable to being neglected. Amazing facility. Great, caring, knowledgeable staff. Welcoming and safe environment for all!
We have visited many different homes and in my opinion this is one of the best run care homes in the city. The facility is clean and bright and home like. Staff are warm and friendly. Private rooms and beautiful outdoor spaces put this home on the top of our list.
