I went to see what they had to offer, and I was totally surprised how I was treated by everyone was so friendly and helpful. The common spaces were beautiful and spacious. the outside was amazing. the apartments were clean, bright and spacious, I was very impressed.

I have lived in apartment 161 for fifty eight days. It had extensive mold when I moved in. Both my dog and myself have been sick during my time here from the mold. The owners will not move me to a mold-free apartment unless I give them a written agreement that I will not hold them liable for the mold. Barbara Turner

I moved into Apartment 161 fifty seven days ago. It had extensive mold. My dog and I have been sick from the mold during that time. The owners will not move me to a mold-free apartment without my giving them a full and final settlement in writing holding them free of liability.

Our family is so grateful for the loving care provided at Overlook Village . We have 3 family members living there: 1 in independent living , 1 in assisted living and one in the Memory Care The facility is warm and welcoming with beautiful community areas offering views of the outdoors and fireplaces. Activities provide small and large group experiences. Staff are amazing... Thank you to Becky Hinton for your strong and dedicated leadership
