Been living here for past 2 years. Was told It was 55 and over. 85 percent are 70 and over. Spa facilities including sauna and steam room have not been functional and no one responds when asked about it. If you are looking for a truly 55 and over this place is not for you. Pay a lot and some of the admin staff don’t even say hello. They know who they are.
