Meadowbrook Manor took care of brother who was in Hospice. I can not Thank Them enough for everything they did to make his final days peaceful. My heartfelt Thanks to everyone at the facility, they would call me with with how he was daily, as I live in Indiana and couldn’t always make it in to see him. Thank You, Meadowbrook made a very difficult time somewhat easier to deal with.
I’ve written a review before and still nothing has changed. Edward (CNA) is very unprofessional to fellow cnas. Blowing kisses at cnas and making them uncomfortable and asking personal questions. This cna needs training on professionalism ASAP. Thank you Edited as of November 22, 2025. When is the change gonna happen?? Edward till this day is very unprofessional. Still being unprofessional with fellow workers. When will you guys speak to this worker about his actions? This is absolutely ridiculous.
Everyone has been wonderful and all the nurses were nice and kind. Pavillion rocks, Renee, Charlie and Que were very helpful. Couldn't ask to rehab at a better place. Thank you
My sister was there for 3 months. They did absolutely nothing for her but milk her insurance. She was released once her insurance ran out and ended up in the hospital. They were incompetent and just didn't care and had no time to discuss her situation with me. A single star is way too generous for this horrific place.
Well my mother was brought here for rehab after a hospital stay. They were told that she is a fall risk upon arrival. The first night she was here after we left, she was taken to the common area to watch tv. Well, she got up out of her wheelchair and fell to the ground and hit her head! She was taken to the hospital for a CT scan, luckily it was negative. There was allegedly a CNA watching her but apparently not close enough to stop her from falling. I am not happy that she is here.
