My mom was in this facility before Covid and during it. Prior to Covid, short staffing, nobody responded to her bathroom calls. Which she need assistance. Nurses were aggressive, not sympathetic to her dementia. She fell a few times. Wanted to bring her home when it was time, then Covid and couldn't do anything. This was 2019 / 2020 She passed away on May 14th 2020. Maybe there is better staff now. But at that time, TERRIBLE STAFF AND WRONG PROCEDURES. My mom had to suffer nursing abuse and Covid. My father stayed here for 1 month for rehab and I only have good words to say about the staff. From the Nursing, Rehab, Speech, and Social services dept, everybody was very helpful and accommodating. My dad got a private room which was very clean and well maintained. His progress was very quick due to the best care he got from the staff. Shoutout to Jerome from Social services for helping him setup all the post rehab care he needs. Thank you again to everyone 💗

Choosing a nursing home is never easy, but this facility truly exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my loved one was comfortable, safe, and treated with compassion. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone was professional and kind. The facility was always clean, and concerns were addressed quickly. We are very grateful for the care provided and would not hesitate to recommend this nursing home to others.
