My Mom was at Meadowbrook for 16 months, until she passed. I would give the facility a 3 star review, definitely needs a remodel. However; most of the staff gets 5 stars! Holly and Colleen kept everything running smoothly. Nurses Solomon, Rochelle and Parul did what they felt best every step. CNAs Barbara and Liz, treated my Mom like family! I don't know what we would have done without the staff!! Look past the older building and towards the caring people that work there.
My husband was in for rehabilitation after a serious fall. Staff were warm and welcoming. RN Rose was fantastic and extremely supportive. The therapists were very hands on and attentive. Facility was clean and well kept. For having to be in a nursing facility, it was a positive experience.
This facility staff has a bad attitude and service with the patient in this facility. If the staff does improve no time soon they should be shut down
He's an alzheimers patient. They didnt know that.
THEY LEAVE THEIR PATIENTS SOILED and so low staff half of them on their phones I need to report them to check this out because it’s sad. they just sit there. They need to be having more activities and overall improvement
