Extremely Disappointing Experience – Lack of Compassion and Accountability I had one of the worst customer service experiences in a very long time at this spa. After my massage, I broke out in a full-body reaction to the essential oils used—covered head to toe in hives. It’s been several months since enjoying a massage @ the Meadow. I felt compelled to share my experience. It was the best massage ever!!, by “Leo”. His hands are magic. His deep tissue therapeutic technique helped me regain my mobility without aches & pains. I will def be returning when in Banff.
Planned in advance and booked a hot stone massage and body wrap on day 4 of 4 days of skiing in Banff. What a treat! You feel relaxed from the moment you enter the spa lobby. With access to the rooftop pools, sauna and hot tub only for spa guests, you step into an oasis in downtown. Incredible views from the hot tub and delicious tea and treats while you wait for your services. From the soft robe to the calm environment, they've thought of everything! Will definitely return!
I just had the most amazing massage of my life. If you want a deep tissue with firm pressure I HIGHLY recommend Leo!! The pools are as well glorious with views of the mountains!
We had a very relaxing time here. We came a few hours before our spa to enjoy the rooftop pools which were really nice even as the snow was coming down on us :). There’s a nice sitting area to hang in either water and super light refreshments before you spa. We had Holly and Lauren and they were GREAT. Focused on the areas of concern and made sure to ask if we were okay with the level of pressure, oils, table temperature, etc. Highly recommend!
