Beth was an absolutely wonderful masseuse! Great pressure and very friendly. I was so appreciative of the multiple levels of informed consent, from the form we filled out to Beth’s bedside manner when explaining to me the services and how she’d go about the massage. It was super empowering! Thank you Beth :)

I was charged for a service that I cancelled within the cancellation timeframe. After raising this with the team they refused to refund the unlawful charge. Profit comes first for this business.
We really enjoyed spending the day being pampered. The staff were great, massages were excellent as were the facials and pedicures. It would have been nice to be notified in advance that the massage therapist was not registered as one so we could not use that for our insurance ($200 for a massage is expensive without insurance). The only thing I did not appreciate is when we paid. The person at the til probably asked us 3 or 4 times if we wanted to leave a tip.
