We used to visit family here and it was always so nice and clean. The staff were helpful and respectful. We came back for a tour as mom was looking to move in and could not get anyone to help us. The employees sat behind the counter complaining about their job. I asked for the manager and was told she "went out for a smoke, she'd be back in a sec". Two of the tenants were arguing in the lobby and a third joined in and the employees did not intervene. The building seems so nice as we pulled up. When we went in to tour, we wer... read more
Not home, but I'm sure glad my mom is living there. Very nice staff, clean, respectful. Just what you'd want your parents to have.
