Beware! These guys are a scam company with a long-standing reputation for not fulfilling orders, not issuing refunds, terrible customer service and fraudulent charges made to customer card information provided for artwork. They have used multiple different company names in years past. Please use a reputable, local artist rather than these guys.
I ordered one of these with me and my husband and our three pets. It turned out beautifully and it was done quickly! I am so excited to Hang the printed version in our home.
Wasted my money. They did not listen to my instructions at all or even try to make my artwork look like the actual subjects. So disappointed! It was supposed to be a gift.
I didn't think to state that my husband is Mexican as I thought it was clear from the pictures I sent in, but the painting I received looks like I am standing next to a white guy. And I have not received the digital copy that I paid extra for, nor heard back from the company. Not sure I would recommend this to anyone.
