owner treats staff with no respect she is a nasty control freak and the only people who will defend her are the ones lying for her are afraid to lose there jobs cant wait till i have my day with her and i will indeed make it public
That 1 star is to many to be honest, Vidya(owner) is absolutely disgusting she doesn't know a thing about care, and the way she runs this home is discusting! The people I feel sorry for are the lovely residents and some of the staff! Should be closed down!
Look after residents really well.
