Expensive, lack knowledge, lack knowledge of tax law, lady at the front desk is extremely rude. When my wife and I were in office we witnessed her argue with another customer before starting in on us. Lost our paperwork and had to request it from us a second time. Needless to say we will never be going back and won’t refer them to anyone. Wish it was still Beardons.
Awful. Don't go here, they don't want your business or care to help. Very rude and would never try again.
Expensive, won't answer calls, inaccurate (according to my new CPa). Otherwise...
Go elsewhere. I've had my taxes done here since before Meador & McCasland bought the business. It has progressively gotten worse. Last year, I gave them my documents in March, and in mid-August they still had not done my taxes. I had penalties and interest added by the government and they refused to make it right.
They do a good job. Been with them for years.
