Not surprised to see all 1 star reviews. This agency is dishonest, unethical and should be put out of business. This group was hired mistakenly to collect on a dental bill for only a few hundred dollars that was already paid in full. They lied in court about contact with me that never occurred as I was unaware the debt wasn’t considered satisfied by my he original creditor. They also edited an exhibit and submitted it in court to get the win on the case. Dishonest, unethical, and corrupt.
So these clowns garnished my wages in which the total amount was $2018 granted i am now a travel nurse so they got they money in like 5 weeks! I called to get my letter stating the garnishment has been paid in full only to hear that i still owed $39! I grabbed my paycheck stub where it says my YTD for the garnishment was $2018 the guy Dayne stated that i had accrued $39 in interested. Mind you i called 2 weeks after they recieved the last payment! He said its from the interest that accrue while your being GARNISHED!! CRAZY! ... read more
SCAM. Do not use these guys. Tried to charge me 55000 for a 2k collection that was never supposed to be sent to collections.
For whatever reason they have an $8 charge for using a card.
They refuse to answer phone calls. They garnished my wages even after receiving a stoppage letter the prior day. No one likes collection agencies but these guys are shady and prove it with their actions
