Wish they would pay more attention to customers. Usually this place has been great for me, in and out quickly with no hassles or wait. Last time I was in, I went to the only counter without someone working with a customer, only to have the employee ignore me and read through dozens of emails.

I emailed them because I had questions about a very specific issue. Robin didn't really answer my questions and wasn't very specific on the process. I ended up reaching out to a different county treasurer and they were much more helpful & answered all of my questions. If you are from out of state, I would recommend switching to another county like Pennington or Clay that handles more out of state transactions.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Had a very unpleasant worker feel the need to not only argue with me but act very unprofessional and insult me. Not only that the worker felt the need to call me after and proceed to harass me. This place is a joke and the fact that it takes 5 months for a title to come in the mail is laughable.

This place is a joke, I called in regardless to check the status on my title and the worker on the phone felt the need to argue with me and act VERY unprofessional off the jump. Instead of asking for my information in regardless to the title she felt the need to argue with me and insult me over the phone so I dished it right back and she didn’t like that. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs let alone calling them because they don’t care.
