A defendant was charged with a DUI. The lawyer presented the judge and prosecutor with hard evidence from the hospital stating that defendant was not intoxicated, high on drugs or have any alcohol in their system. Judge and prosecutor was showed paperwork from the hospital that the person at the time of field sobriety test was given had a broken nose, fractured back and major concussion which tells a lot about that officer that chose to give the defendant an unethical sobriety test. They have a new judge . This judge did not ask friend if they had a lawyer and that you have a right to a lawyer. That's the law and the rights as a American or other. This judge is not educated and should be looked at. Do not vote for this person at meade county court house. I'm from Jefferson county. What a joke. They picked him up off the street
