I love this bank
This bank’s app is pissing me off!!!! I have never had a bank that I had to call and speak with someone to set up Zelle! Plus, I’ve already done it once and now the app is acting like I never had this option set up before, It tells you to call, but no one is there!!!! If you’re going to have a support number, have someone answer the damn phone!!!! I am going to look for another bank!
Amazing. Staff laughed at my dumb jokes and made sure I understood every step of disputing my fraudulent charges. The office called me to clarify a similar charge they caught from the previous month!
