Amazing. Staff laughed at my dumb jokes and made sure I understood every step of disputing my fraudulent charges. The office called me to clarify a similar charge they caught from the previous month!
The Brandenburg location has lost their damn mind! Husband went in to get a loan for eight thousand and this crazy chick wanted us to put our land/ home and vehicles up that's worth sixty four thousand in collateral. Am I missing something here or are they just greedy?? No way in hell will we do something stupid like that. Husband will be closing his account and NEVER doing any business with them ever!!!
Ok bank for locals. Not real friendly for ordering coins in large amounts. Refused to order coins. Just not really a people's bank. Like all the rest turning into a bank for just money and not help the people that put the money into them
