This place treats you like you're scum regardless of your case and has no intentions of helping you. I've never been so insulted just for asking basic questions and they make it feel like they'll purposely mishandle your case or money if you annoy them even slightly with what their job is suppose to be.
Had a case in 2016 where my dog got out and the neighbor called animal control. They did not take my dog as he would not leave the front porch so the neighbor reported that my dog killed theirs with no prof. They never had a dog to my knowledge, no pictures, nothing. If the dog killed another dog why would they leave him free on the front porch and only take a picture, which had a white coat with no blood even around the mouth. Have dealt with elected officials all over the country, but never one to equal in the rudeness of this office. Unqualified and petty doesn't even begin to describe these people
