The notary was disorganized. Did not tell Me certificate of declaration needed to be signed by the notary which I would have happily done. He had the papers for 3 weeks and did not inform myself or my real estate agent. Then he told me “it’s only $38.00” it’s not about the $$$ it’s about the lack of communication and everything was very last minute
Mr. Yuan is very professional and dedicated. I have done a few cases here and am very satisfied with the services in this office.
