Maureen Charters is absolutely incredible at myofascial release therapy! With her background as an occupational therapist and Reiki Master, Maureen utilizes her knowledge of the body and its’ energy field to intuitively sense where the session should begin and how to best help the body unwind from often decades of being “stuck”. I felt relaxed, looser with more freedom of movement, decreased pain and surprisingly, happier after my sessions with Maureen. I highly recommend Maureen and can’t wait for my next session!
