I’m so grateful to have discovered, Me Time Healing and Wellness, and feel truly lucky. The energy feels just right and the space is peaceful and welcoming. Each session has deepened my sense of mindfulness and reflection and this has truly helped me in my day-to-day life. I just have to share, to say something, about Kendra, her generous heart and her gift of healing. I called her this morning in a panic - on the ledge/edge, confused, and conflicted. Another’s energy in body work is crucial when deciding who is allowed to lay hands on mine. I believe that a person can only take another as far as they are willing to go. Kendra is not only willing she dives deep into her own blocks in order to clear them for herself, and that in turn, is bestowed on her clients. I booked a polarity session with Kendra.
