I’ve always enjoyed coming to your spa the service and the staff is totally amazing however I was trying to return a gift certificate due to personal reasons I was told because of COVID-19 they do not do any refunds not sure what that means if I can return food at a grocery store and if I can return clothing in department store I don’t understand what does Cova 19 have to do with a gift card I was totally disappointed I will try to sell my gift card I will never come back again.
