I first used me smarter 10 years ago when returning from overseas and was seeking first house purchase. They offered outstanding and incredibly personal service; above and beyond. 2 fixed terms on and we go back every time. The team (Sophie and Richard from my experiences) always get a far better deal than we can find and for a seemingly nominal fee they make everything really simple. Highly recommended at every level.
I applyed about a mortgage here sally was the advisor she told us we could get upto 220k she did not check with the banks we could get a house and put an offer that was accepted to be then told we couldnt get that mortgage we could only get 165k not like its 10/20k diffrent its 55k out due to furlough payslips making us speak to the estate agent to be embarrassed by telling then we are withdrawing the offer due to not being able to get the mortgage i even felt the need to go and apologise about the situation with the owners ... read more
