Obtained Mr Therrien's services for our mortgage and house purchase. The main challenge in dealing with Mr Therrien is his lack of follow-up and communication. I found it to be bad customer service having to always initiate the calls myself and follow up on the status of the various files after weeks or months of not hearing from his offices.
