Elle n’est pas honnête. Elle charge des frais pour des taches inexistantes. Eviter la à tout prix.
1 étoile cest trop généreux! Elle a oublié d'envoyer un papier à un syndic de faillite lors de l'achat du condo de mon conjoint il y a 8 ans. Janvier dernier, le condo est revendu mais la nouvelle notaire se rend compte de l'erreur. On court après Me Tonasof pour produire le fameux papier piur regler la situation et débloquer l'argent en fiducie. Ça fait 8 mois et on attend toujours. Ne retourne pas ses appels, ne fais pas ses suivis. Faites vos recherches avant de faire affaire avec cette notaire, cest mon seul conseil.
Tried several times, during a 3 weeks period, to receive a response to do mortgage transfer and never received a clear response. They always blamed the bank for not receiving the right information but with a different notary the process was done within a week. They never replied to any email and never answer any to any of the voice messages that I left.
Be prepared to send multiple emails and make several calls just to get a response even to a simple question. If you visit their office, do not leave without an answer otherwise they may tell you they’ll follow up by phone or email but you may never hear back.
Mme Victoria Moldovan is an extremely unprofessional and a lazy notary. I do not recommend her legal services at all. Please do you yourself a favor and find yourself another notary. Not worth the time in my opinion. She continually postpones her appointments and makes rude comments towards her clients.
