Rudest customer service I have ever had. I went in looking for advice to try a new dog food for a finicky eater. I was told my behavior was the problem even though I had never met this man and he didn’t ask any questions regarding the problem I was having with my dog. I tried to politely tell him our vet had recommended trying a new food and I simply wanted a suggestion and was asking if they had small sample size bags. I finally had to walk out because he continued to berate me.
