Left something with Ben to sell on consignment. Heard nothing back and the phone is now disconnected. Thanks for the reply Ben, but it would have been easier to send an email out to all your customers than to individually reply to all the bad reviews. How do we get our property back?
Half a star if I could. Left jewellery to be sold, checked eBay and website and never uploaded. When I went to pick it up, was an ordeal to get them back. Ben has an uncomfortable communication style.
The absolute worst people run this company. If you are selling jewellery here, DON’T!!! They’ll waste your time and run away with your precious items and never update you or contact you.
This place has had my wedding and engagement ring for over two years now even my divorce has come through and they still will not either give me back the ring or sell it or update me and it has been almost 2 years. This is absolutely insane. They won’t answer my calls. They won’t answer my emails. I’ve tried to go into the shop when they’re open and every time they’re supposed to be open they’re closed. Do not work with them. Do not go there. Do not trust them with your precious jewellery.
A delightful experience with a very genuine owner today. Highly recommend ME for service, advice and an all round good experience. Thank you
