Unfortunately, my experience with this notary was disappointing and stressful. Communication was disorganized — key documents were provided at the last minute, leaving no time for review or proper understanding. Her tone with clients is cold, dismissive, and at times condescending, more like an interrogation than a professional service. J'ai en plusieurs occasions eu besoin des services de Maitre Helen Tsalamandris, et a chaque fois j'ai pu apprecier son professionalisme et son sens du service envers ses clients avec une rapidite d'execution remarquable. Maitre Helene Tsalamandris est aussi la seule notaire que j'ai pu trouver qui donne le service d'apostille pour la validation des documents a l'etranger.

I had used the services of Helen Tsalamandris 5 years ago and I did it for my mortgage renewal again today. I am extremely satisfied from the service I received from her and her team. They processed my documents very fast, there was always someone to answer the phone and my emails. I will definitely be back in 5 years again Thank you for the great work.
