I had a very unprofessional experience with this practitioner. This was my first visit. Laura entered the room already annoyed with me, without an introduction, and said, "I can't help you, we are done here," after about 5 minutes into the session. No exam, nothing. She was dismissive, talking AT me, and unwilling to hear my experience with my injury at all, then was negligent by refusing treatment, which I had a prescription for.
