After being a loyal customer of MeBank for many years and hanging on far longer than I should have hoping things would improve, I finally closed all my accounts. Worst bank. 2 hours wait time. Committed for call back from home loan team. waited 2 hours and after that Home loan expert asked me we can answer you, please call on different number. call again and home loan expert asked me to wait again for 20 mints to connect for right person after 40mnts wait. App is not good. not showing home much principal we are paying and how much remaining. worst service.
