Horrible service. Not sure how other people got good service. I called, tried to get an appointment, I called back to ask a question and the response was " you have the wrong person, maybe you should find another notary". I was in shock. Did I offend her? So I found a better notary at Laval street near St Martin. Do not go to this notary. Let's also not forget, her price is 53% higher than most notaries
Me. Nicolau provided her services to us on 2 occasions. The first was on the sale of our home when we subsequently moved to a residence last year. And the second when we recently updated our WILLS. Me Nicolau provided us with all the information needed to process these transactions and made the legal terminology easy to understand . She is very knowledgeale and answered all our questions to our full satisfaction. We highly recommend and hope you will feel confident in utilizing her services as needed.
