I cannot speak of the notary's abilities as I never got a chance to deal with him, but the admin who manages his calls is completely unprofessional. I work in the mortgage brokerage industry and I deal with Notaries on a daily basis. I have NEVER been so disrespected like I was by this individual. She even had the audacity to hang up on me. Our client said he had a similar experience with her. Some people simply were not meant to work in the public.
