Four words: Absolutely horrible customer service. The Glastonbury store is now closed. Rumors are the Farmington one might be closing too. There’s a women in the store who is just plain rude. If you place an online order, must of the time something won’t be in it when you pick it up, and they won’t tell you. You’ll discover this when you are home and open the box. Good luck going back to the store, you will be told be the rude woman that she has no idea when it will come in and you can call the warehouse and speak to a Tom. ... read more
Third time not a charm! Ordered from here 3 separate times (all different seasons) and have yet to receive an order on time. Doesn’t matter if it is a uniform or accessories, we wait and wait for orders. Making matters worse, no one ever calls or emails to let you know that your item(s) aren’t coming on time. The promise of 5-12 business days is a joke. More like 5-12 weeks!
