Don’t use at all. My appointment was at 2pm and my pick up time was 1pm. They called me the night before the appointment to confirm. And 1: pm come and not even a phone call that they were running late. I called insurance company and they called them as well but nothing. DONNOT USE!!!!!!

The worst business in NYC. The owner does not pay his drivers. I know two drivers that will sue him.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I got stuck in a car in the front while I have an IV in my arm sitting so close to the driver because they stuck another passenger in the back seat with a baby seat. We past 41st where I was going so that he can drop her off first, makes no sense! Now I'm late for my appointment! I hate this place, I booked this trip last week.
