The staff here is rude and they have weird policies in store. They have a limit to what you can try on. I was looking to spend money there and they lost a sale becuase my daughter wanted to try on a few more dresses to finalize her decision.
The charged me twice for the same dress and they won’t give me the money back
My Fiancé visited this store and asked about measurements for a wedding dress, and a short female associate was incredibly rude. She refused to believe my fiancé was getting married, and then when she told the woman her size she said: "No, that can't be. You're a 2x or higher." Saying this rude crap without actually measuring her. Fire this short associate. Don't come to this terrible store.
They gave us the wrong size and won’t even exchange it like I don’t get it , we bought 7 dresses from them and won’t work with us on exchanging a brand new dress
