I will give Dr Colvin five stars, because she is a great doctor. But the front office needs to do their job. Nobody ever answers the phone over there. It's infuriating to know I've called a medical office during their business hours, and had to wait over an hour for someone to answer... And they never did. I hung up and tried again. Made appointment and got referrals like they asked. They called me back to make sure I was in. Once we got all situated and I was excepted they called me back to set appointment and the reason for being referred. Once o told them the reason they said thanks and will set up appointment. A week later I received a letter stating now they are not accepting new patients after they already accepted me. Just would treat my issue so I wouldn’t go here expecting to be helped. Great staff, caring and extremely competent providers, confusing building to navigate. Lol
Dr. Maulik is a great man to have as a dermatologist. Have had nothing but pleasant experiences here and feel comfortable knowing the treatments and knowledge here is always evolving and not stagnating like so many other specialties.
Compared to being treated like a pariah at Dr. Kenney's office in Waterville, this place is the best. Sure the office isn't as nice as the Farmington location was, but Dr. Sparling is kind and he takes the time to listen to you. He understands your concerns, and wants to do all he can to get you the treatment you need.
