I find it difficult to put into words, just how negative my experience with MDC Canada/Canadian Visa.org has been. To summarize, they are very persistent, in contacting you before you've paid the fee.... but radio silent and practically unreachable when they have made an error and owe you a refund. I have been calling and emailing asking them when I would receive the money they owe me. Every time I call, my financial manager is in a meeting, or on another call.
