Dr Hans and her amazing assistant really calmed me down, I was going in for a check up since every other dermatologist I’ve seen was not helpful. I told them that I was deathly afraid of needles and my past history, but they talked to me through the whole thing told me to check back in If I needed anything, and I even booked an appointment for my mom to come because they were great. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with this clinic. Most recently, I booked an appointment in advance and took time off work to attend. The afternoon before, they called and asked me to reschedule with no clear explanation—just that I’d have to wait. I canceled and won’t be returning.
