Despite being told that I had the evidence to the contrary they said that It would be hard to prove my case was a result of neglect. I disagree and have the evidence.... I deserve the right to a trial to present my evidence and construct a timeline. They said it would be too hard. My rights shouldn't come down to the ease at which they could generate money from my case. Apparently being denied access to your medical files for years is perfectly ok in their eyes.
