This is the worse place to purchase furniture. If your furniture gets damaged during delivery, they will never respond to it. Bought furniture from them and some was damaged during delivery, I called them and made a complaint that same day. They sent me an email to send pictures which I did. The next day, I emailed them requesting an acknowledgement of receiving my email which they did and told me they were sending someone to come replace the damages. It was a wonderful experience at this store. I have never experienced such a kind gesture and amazing customer service as I did with Tania and Anthony. They were so gentle and patient, walking me through the entire process. The discount session was great overall. They even delivered my items the same day, at my convenience. I absolutely loved this experience and will continue shopping here. Highly recommended!
MD Furniture is quite exceptional with amazing members of staff. The store has good materials of great quality. Amjad was quite amazing. He guided me so well in making the right choice of the table and chairs and even assisted in the delivery. I highly recommend this great store.
