You couldn't pay me to hire Heath Mcwhorter as my realtor or attorney. He is an attorney who had his license suspended by the State Bar of Arizona for knowingly allowing his client to lie on the stand while under oath during trial. I truly believe he is the most shady and dishonest person I have ever met and in my opinion he gives attorneys the bad name and reputation that they have. If you're looking for a RESPECTABLE and HONEST realtor or attorney I highly suggest you look elsewhere. Go Google his name and you will see exactly what I mean...
