Whoever is in charge of helping over the phone is not very helpful. I’ll stick to the Beaumont location anytime i need help over the phone. Much nicer service than this MCT

I went searching for a bank who would finance us for raw land. Not only did MCT have the best rates, they also had the best representative! She was friendly and knowledgeable. Her team worked through all the hurdles and got us closed in such a short amount of time. When we went into the title company to sign, they even complimented MCT and stated they were incredibly easy to work with. We will definitely be back and hopefully financing a new build one day! :)
